<span style="color: red; font-size: x-large;">之</span>前蒸这海绵蛋糕一直有出炉坍塌的问题,5个蛋的问题解决了,三个蛋的还是有问题,主要是我蒸的时候盖在面糊上的玻璃盖是无孔的,面糊里的水分不能蒸发出去。这一次,我在模具上盖了一层盖了保鲜膜,用尖牙签戳出一些细孔,再盖上玻璃盖,才放入锅里蒸,如此一来,蒸锅的水蒸汽就不会滴到蛋糕,蛋糕里的水分也可以得到蒸发出去,终于问题解决了。这椰糖口味的海绵蛋糕好香啊!下一次会尝试用鲜奶取代清水,看看口味会不会更上一层楼。<br />

今年很特别,由于新冠性肺炎全球爆发,大家都因为行动管制而难得待在家。自然就天天下厨了。为了餐单多元化,就一直上网收集美食食谱。这阵子看到有人上载这道美食显得特别开胃,在怡保很难吃到,所以搜寻食谱。找到了这个版本满意了才尝试。遗憾的是不小心没记录到出处,因此找不回是哪个高人的食谱。<br />

姜1块(切丝)</div>

蒜头5瓣(切片)</div>

酸柑4粒(我用桔子8粒)</div>

清水100ml</div>

小鱼8到10只(我用8只小马友)(以黄姜粉和少许的盐腌上半个小时)</div>

步骤:</div>

1.把腌好的鱼炸至香脆。</div>

2.姜丝爆香,陆续加入蒜片、黄姜碎、红辣椒丝,炒至出味。</div>

3.加入清水、桔子汁、和糖调味。</div>

4.加入炸好的鱼快速地轻炒拌入味就可以上桌了。</div>

材料:<br />
鸡蛋 4粒<br />
马蹄 2粒 (去皮切丝)<br />
蟹柳 2条 (可以用蟹肉取代,我却用了瑶柱丸)<br />
萝卜 20克 (切丝)<br />
香菇 1粒(浸软)<br />
青葱 1条(切丝/切粒)<br />
生菜 适量 (铺盘,可免)<br />
<br />
调味料:<br />
盐 半茶匙<br />
生抽 1汤匙<br />
胡椒粉 少许<br />
生粉 半汤匙<br />
麻油 1茶匙<br />

作法:<br />
1) 蟹柳/瑶柱丸清洗,摊开切丝。<br />
2) 马蹄去皮切丝。<br />
3) 香菇前浸软再切条才切碎。<br />
4) 青葱洗净切丝备用。<br />
5) 鸡蛋打在碗里,加入萝卜丝,马蹄丝,蟹柳丝,香菇和葱白搅拌均匀。<br />
6) 加入调味料盐,酱油,胡椒粉搅拌均匀后,加入生粉搅拌均匀。<br />
7) 锅里加油烧热后转中火,加入蛋液,快速的用打蛋器或长筷子一直不停的搅拌到熟为此,<br />
开始看到打蛋器会粘着蛋糊就差不多好了,最后加入麻油搅拌一下就可以捞起了!<br />
8) 最后放入青葱丝/葱粒完成。<br />

备注:<br />
1) 希望好吃点又不介意鸡精粉的,可以加少许在蛋液里,然后就不用放酱油了。<br />
2) 要加冬粉取代鱼翅也可以哦!<br />

前几天,家里还剩两条番薯,蒸了跟大宝、小宝一起帮忙搓成球状,结果炸着的时候居然整托打翻在地上,心痛极了,只剩炸好的十多粒。两个小瓜当然吃不过瘾了。几天后特地再买番薯来炸这个番薯旦当下午茶。这次美美的炸番薯旦终于完成了。大家都吃得很开心。食谱参考自老妈子面子书。<br />

番薯 300g<br />
糯米粉 140g<br />
粘米粉 40g<br />
糖 85g<br />
水 适量<br />

<b>步骤</b>:<br />
1. 把番薯去皮蒸熟,然后趁热用叉按成泥状。<br />
2. 趁薯泥还热,加入糖搅拌,热的薯泥方便糖溶化。<br />
3. 把所有的材料都参在一起搓成面团,水则慢慢地加直材料搓成面团。水量取决于番薯的水分,番薯若少水分,就需要较多的水。<br />
4. 把面团搓成小球状。<br />

椰糖 150g<br />
鲜奶 100g<br />
食油 80g<br />
苏打粉 1/2 teaspoon<br />

1. 把椰糖和鲜奶隔水搅拌融化待凉。<br />
2. 把鸡蛋倒入步骤1的材料,搅拌均匀。<br />
3. 倒入食油,继续搅拌均匀。<br />

5. 分3次倒入晒过的自发粉,搅拌均匀。<br />
6. 搁置半个小时。<br />

我一向都不喜给这么小的女儿涂脂抹粉的,更不会涂指甲油。保姆家的大姐姐好玩给她贴上这玩意儿。这爱美的小妞就宝贝得很,连冲凉都要抬高手损她的宝贝指甲粘膜。真受不了她,三岁都不到,就这么爱美。果然爱美是女孩的天性。<br />

2008年,我成功调职回乡。经妹妹的介绍,光顾了这家餐厅。结果,从此就成了常客了。尽管后来,再移居怡宝,每逢回槟城也必光顾。它也从当年的一家店铺,扩充为两个店面,如今更有了分店在Elite Avenue。最近有机会光顾了Elite Avenue的分店,还是喜欢I-Avenue的老店味道。这家餐厅的许多泰国、娘惹风味食物都很好吃哦,如:酸柑蒸、黑胡椒墨鱼、海鲜otak-otak、猪脚醋、四大天王......每次回来都回味不完这么多的美食。不过,我的例牌则是东炎汤米粉、虾子酱炒饭(balacan fried rice)、红豆冰、煎堆(喜欢它口感QQ又带浓郁pandan味哦,打包不好吃哦)。<br />

在怡保想吃客家面,就像在槟城想吃福建面那么简单。在这里,客家面档比比皆是。要找到味道不错的还不难,当然也有很多烂芋充数的。最近闻说这家茶餐室的客家面好味道,今早就报到了。这家客家面的面条是自制的,肉酱也很香。是目前吃过少数好吃,会回头再光顾的档口之一。yummy!LuckyStarhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08122209900899175413noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5825269644296717960.post-48594850894794192042018-09-01T12:31:00.000+08:002018-09-01T12:31:53.477+08:00大宝的叛逆期专家总说小孩儿两岁左右会步入人生第一个叛逆期。一向温顺的大宝也不例外。他的叛逆是小宝到访后,我们送他去幼儿园后才开始的。上学后的他,在学校很好动,令他的老师很头疼。我们都经常与老师跟进他的进展。学习方面,老师对他还颇满意的,就是屁股难贴在椅子上,也喜欢打扰临近的的上课。开始上学时,还喜欢玩水,上个厕所,洗手后把所有的水龙头都开了,玩湿衣服。幸好,这种行为得到压制,不再继续。在家,他也开始有自己的主见,爱顶嘴(专欺负爸爸),喜欢做些不讨喜的行为,如:挖鼻子、跳床、在商场乱跑等。真不知他什么时候才会平稳下来,不再得意忘形,一高兴起来,就把该有的礼仪态度、该做的事情、安全意识、平日给他的教导通通的抛到九霄云外了。育儿真的有如做科学实验,各种方式都得运用,一种方法现在见效,之后又不见得可行。我总是担心自己没能把宝宝教好,耽误了他。LuckyStarhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08122209900899175413noreply@blogger.com0
